Mediterranean
Conference Centre - Valletta
The Mediterranean Conference Centre has
established itself as one of the most impressive meeting
venues in Europe. Its colourful history, architecture
and location have contributed in no small way to its
reputation and to the success of the meetings it has
hosted.
The Mediterranean Conference Centre offers
you quality and history with five multipurpose meeting
halls, syndicate rooms, a restaurant and ample exhibition
space.
The Mediterranean Conference Centre occupies the building
of the Knights Sacra Infermeria - the hospital in which
the sick and the wounded were cared for. Bombed during
World War II, the building was fully restored and converted
into a state of the art Conference Centre in 1979 -
a project that earned it the Europe Nostra Award for
superb restoration.
Having a combined conference capacity
of over 2400 in halls that can accommodate 70 to 1400
persons, exhibition space of over 1800 sq. metres as
well as a restaurant that seats 800 persons, the Mediterranean
Conference Centre is the ideal venue for any meeting
conference, product bound or theatrical production.
